Starz and You

At Starz Gymnastics in Reno, Children can start as young as 18 months.  If your child is older (usually around age three or four), s/he is ready to be enrolled in a beginner gymnastics class.  Initially, classes are grouped by age, and as your child progresses in the sport, s/he will later be grouped by ability level.

At Starz, Your child will gain athletic skills and build confidence while our enthusiastic staff encourages self-esteem and character development. We offer a variety of programs that are both fun and beneficial in keeping your child healthy and fit. We have programs include various activities such as gymnastics, tumbling, cheer, kid’s fitness, and dance. We also have competitive gymnastics and dance teams for those interested in competing.  For those looking for something a bit more extreme, we also offer Extreme Sports conditioning classes
